Your data processed for the purpose of processing the request for quotation will be processed for the duration of the correspondence and then, depending on the results, will be either entered into our customer base and further processed for the purpose of the performance of the contract or erased if cooperation is not possible.  If it becomes clear to us that the negotiations are closed by you, the data will be erased immediately from the working system databases and from the backup copies within thirty days.  Data processed on the basis of consent, i.e. data used to send marketing or commercial information, will be processed until the consent is withdrawn. You also have to add a period of 30 days we need to erase them from the backup copies.

However, when using our services and concluding a sales contract, the Controller will process the personal data to perform the contract, which will change the legal basis for their processing and the retention period. The Controller is required to store such personal data under legislation in force for the period specified in the Tax Acts. We do not specify this period on purpose, because today it is five years, but the Acts are subject to change. The Controller assures that they will always process the data in accordance with the statutory obligation, but never longer.

Your data processed for marketing and commercial purposes on the basis of your freely given consent will be processed by the Controller until this consent is withdrawn. Please note that you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time by sending an e-mail or even by telephone using the telephone number to which you receive marketing content. The sole consequence of the withdrawal of your consent will be the fact that you will no longer be able to receive from us information about our offer and other marketing content. We would also like to inform you that the withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of our processing of data based on consent before its withdrawal.
